Clients are responsible for:

- All activity occurring under their account
gyHosting is not responsible for damages caused by compromised accounts.
5. Billing and Payments
All services are billed in advance.
Failure to pay invoices may result in:
- Service suspension
- Late fees
- Service termination
gyHosting reserves the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Maintenance, outages, or network issues may occur.
7. Data Responsibility
Clients are responsible for maintaining backups of their data.
While we may provide backups, gyHosting does not guarantee data recovery.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these terms
- Abuse network resources
- Fail to pay invoices
Clients may cancel services at any time through the client portal.
9. Limitation of Liability
gyHosting and IT Solutions shall not be liable for:
- Loss of profits
- Data loss
- Service interruptions
- Indirect or consequential damages
Use of our services is at your own risk.
